Event Tools

DLCCWeb has a powerful event manager deeply integrated with other features.  Campaigns can create events to display on their website, while tracking the supporters who RSVP through the supporter database tools.

Using the event manager, campaigns can:

• Create public and private events: Campaigns can decide which events are listed on their website and which are only accessible through a private link
• Manage event details, RSVPs, reminders, maximum attendees, and waiting lists from a single location
• Follow up with supporters who RSVP: People who register for events are automatically imported into your supporter database, allowing you to easily see how they first signed up, what events they've attended, their donation history and much more.
• Target blast emails based on event attendence: The event manager is integrated into the blast email tools as well.  When targeting an email, you can send it based on whether or not someone has RSVPd for a specific event.
